Beyond the fact that Elle Fanning's and Justice Smith's acting is outstanding, the movie  is good, but the ending -as in the book- totally destroys your expectations and the created atmosphere. All The Bright Places is a touching, grievous and meaningfull movie.

"All The Bright Places creates an atmoshpere that gives you the vibes of a good ending -especially to the non readers of the book - but this mood is gone when seeing the last scenes. Elle Fanning and Justice Smith were the perfect actors to play the roles of Violet and Finch. Despite the heartbreaking ending, the film is decent, but not better than the book. It has a lot of hidden meanings behind what we watch, which makes the movie interesting. If you are in the mood of watching a meaningful and really touching movie, All The Bright Places is a good adition to your watchlist."
